Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us on WhatsApp within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Please include your name, your order details, and a photo of the item showing the issue so we can assist you quickly.
Eligibility for Returns
Items may be eligible for replacement or refund if:
• the item arrived damaged
• the wrong item was delivered
• the product has a clear defect
Items must be unused and in their original condition.
Non-Returnable Situations
Returns or refunds are generally not accepted for:
• change of mind after purchase
• normal wear or damage after use
• items damaged due to misuse
Resolution
Once the issue is reviewed, EvaTrue may offer one of the following solutions:
• replacement of the item
• store credit
• refund where appropriate
